my diet

my whole day of eating.

7am lift

8:30am- 50grams protein

10:00am breakfast
-5 boiled egg white
-hand full of almonds
-EAS protein shake 17grams











12:30pm Lunch
-8oz chicken breast
-1cup of mixed veggies. Broccoli, mushrooms, asparagus











3:00pm Snack
-Supreme protein bar 30grams of protein





5:30pm Dinner
-2 grilled tilapia 
-1/2 cup of brown rice
-1/2 cup broccoli

I usually don't eat  a lot of carbs, but i'm doing cardio tonight and need the extra energy




-7:00pm Sprints and cardio for 1hr

-8:00pm 50grams of whey protein
